Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Prowlo (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Prowlo is a Reddit engagement intelligence platform that helps teams identify and evaluate opportunities to engage with Reddit communities. The Service provides subreddit profiling, opportunity scoring, intent classification, engagement risk assessment, and draft guidance based on analysis of publicly available Reddit data and AI-powered processing.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
- Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior on Reddit
- Automate posting or engagement on Reddit
- Circumvent Reddit's rate limits or anti-spam measures
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Reddit API Compliance
Our Service accesses Reddit through their official API in compliance with Reddit's API Terms. You acknowledge that your use of data from Reddit is subject to Reddit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not control Reddit's policies and are not responsible for changes to their platform or API.
AI-Generated Content and Analysis
Prowlo uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide intent classifications, opportunity scores, engagement risk assessments, subreddit profiles, and draft suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated analysis is provided as guidance only and should not be treated as definitive or guaranteed to be accurate.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before posting it on Reddit or any other platform.
- AI models may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated assessments. Community norms and moderation patterns change over time.
- Draft suggestions are starting points, not finished responses. Always adapt content to your own voice and the specific context of the conversation.
Data Accuracy and Limitations
Our platform analyzes publicly available Reddit data. You acknowledge that:
- Reddit content may be edited, deleted, or removed by authors or moderators at any time. Our analysis reflects a point-in-time snapshot.
- Subreddit rules, moderation practices, and community norms evolve. Our profiles are regularly updated but may not reflect the most recent changes.
- Opportunity scores and risk assessments are best-effort estimates, not guarantees of outcome.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prowlo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We provide engagement intelligence and guidance, but we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. We do not guarantee that our risk assessments, opportunity scores, or engagement recommendations will prevent account bans, content removal, or other negative outcomes on Reddit. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your engagement decisions and actions on Reddit.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Prowlo, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
