AI and Machine Learning Processing
Prowlo uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide its core features. This includes:
- Text embeddings: We generate vector representations of Reddit content and your product descriptions to match relevant opportunities.
- Intent classification: We use large language models to classify the intent and relevance of Reddit discussions.
- Engagement analysis: AI models assess community norms, moderation patterns, and engagement risk for subreddits you monitor.
AI processing is performed on publicly available Reddit data and the product information you provide. We do not use your personal account data to train general-purpose models.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with the following categories of service providers to operate our platform:
Infrastructure & Hosting
Railway (application hosting), Google Cloud Platform (AI/ML processing via Vertex AI for embeddings and intent classification).
Communications
Resend (transactional email delivery for notifications and account communications).
Payments
Stripe (payment processing for subscriptions). We never store your full payment card details on our servers.
Authentication
Google OAuth 2.0 (social sign-in). When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google profile.
Reddit API
We access publicly available Reddit data through their official API in compliance with Reddit's API Terms of Use.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
