What channels does Prowlo deliver alerts to?
Four channels, configurable per keyword and per ad group. The in-app feed is the always-on default. Slack delivers structured opportunity messages with score badges and a one-click open-thread link. How do I set up a webhook?
In the dashboard, go to Notifications → Webhooks → Add webhook. Paste your endpoint URL, pick which events to subscribe to (currently curation.batch.ready), and Prowlo generates a signing secret you store in your verifier. Are webhooks signed? How do I verify them?
Every webhook payload ships with an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the X-Prowlo-Signature header, computed over the raw request body using your per-webhook signing secret. Recompute the HMAC server-side and compare in constant time before processing. Rotating the secret is a one-click operation from the same Webhooks page. What happens if my endpoint is down or returns errors?
Prowlo retries failed deliveries with exponential backoff and queues them for replay. The delivery log shows every attempt with status code, response snippet, and error message — you can manually redeliver any failed payload from the dashboard. If your endpoint returns errors consecutively past the failure threshold, the webhook auto-disables with a clear reason, so a downstream outage cannot quietly drop your alerts forever.
Can I get real-time alerts AND a digest?
Yes — frequency is configured per keyword, not globally. High-priority terms (your product name, top competitors, "looking for" buying-intent phrases) fire real-time. Lower-signal terms (broad category words) can roll up to daily or weekly digests so your inbox stays sane. Adjust at any time from the Keywords page.
Will Prowlo notifications get my Reddit account banned?
No — Prowlo never engages on your behalf. Notifications surface scored opportunities; you decide whether and how to reply. The webhook payload includes the engagement brief, opportunity score, and risk score so your downstream automation can prioritize, but the actual posting to Reddit is always manual from your account. Zero ban risk from Prowlo itself.
